Ingredients

Buckeye Blondies

10 tbsp butter

2 cups sugar

2 tbsp molasses

1 cup peanut butter

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup peanut butter chips

1 cup dark chocolate chips

Chocolate Ganache

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

2 cups dark chocolate chips

Peanut Butter Ganache

3/4 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups powdered sugar

2 tsp milk

Chocolate Ganache Garnish

6 tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugar, molasses and peanut butter until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.

Add flour, salt and baking powder and mix until just combined.

Stir in peanut butter chips and dark chocolate chips.

Press batter into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes or until just set.

Cool completely.

Chocolate Ganache

In a microwave safe bowl, add whipping cream and chocolate chips.

Microwave for one minute and whisk together until combined.

Pour on top of cooled blondies and smooth into an even layer.

Refrigerate until set.

Peanut Butter Ganache

In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter and peanut butter.

Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.

Spread evenly over chocolate ganache layer.

Refrigerate until set.

Chocolate Ganache Garnish

In a microwave safe bowl, add whipping cream and chocolate chips.

Microwave for one minute and whisk together until combined.

Drizzle over top of blondies.
