Recipe by Alissa Henry - National Deviled Egg Day, 2021.
6 hard boiled eggs
¼ cup cooked shredded chicken
¼ cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce (plus more for drizzle)
¼ cup shredded colby-jack cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp ranch dressing (plus more for drizzle)
Prepare eggs in the Instant Pot - 5 minutes on high, 5 minutes natural release, 5 minutes in an ice bath.
Halve the eggs, scoop out the yolk and set aside.
Mash the eggs yolks with a fork then add the chicken, buffalo sauce, Colby-jack cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white.
Drizzle with ranch and hot sauce and/or top with bleu cheese, carrots and celery, and/or chives.
