Ingredients

6 large Ohio eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 tablespoons agave
1 teaspoon tequila
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Course salt to taste, plus extra for garnish
Wedge of lime

Directions

  • Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the whites on a serving platter. Place the yolks in the bowl of a food processor, add the cream cheese, agave, tequila, lime juice and salt to taste.
  • Process yolk mixture until smooth. Fit a piping bag with a star tip and fill the bag with the yolk mixture.
  • Pipe the filling into the whites and garnish with an extra sprinkling of course salt and a small wedge of lime for an extra hit of flavor.
