Sheet Pan Eggs
This recipe is filling and nutritious, plus it requires only four ingredients!

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Spray a 1/4 sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined (season with salt and pepper if desired). Stir in the ham, Parmigiano Reggiano and chives.
- Pour egg mixture into the prepared pan and place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is no longer jiggly.
- To serve, cut the sheet pan eggs into squares depending on how many people you are serving.
- Serve with a side of our Buckwheat Crepes! Add your favorite fruit for a well-rounded breakfast, lunch or dinner.
