Ingredients

10 large Ohio eggs at room temperature
3/4 cup of finely diced ham
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
2 tablespoons finely diced chives

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • Spray a 1/4 sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined (season with salt and pepper if desired). Stir in the ham, Parmigiano Reggiano and chives.
  • Pour egg mixture into the prepared pan and place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is no longer jiggly.
  • To serve, cut the sheet pan eggs into squares depending on how many people you are serving.
  • Serve with a side of our Buckwheat Crepes! Add your favorite fruit for a well-rounded breakfast, lunch or dinner.
