White Cranberry Frost

This White Cranberry Frost cocktail is the perfect addition to your holiday menu, offering just the right balance of festive flavor and elegant presentation.

Ingredients

2 ounces vodka
¾ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce white cranberry simple syrup
1 ounce white cranberry juice
1 egg white

Directions

  • Prepare white cranberry simple syrup. Add 1 cup white cranberry juice and 1 cup sugar fresh to a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a heavy simmer for about 20 minutes. Refrigerate.
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well (no ice). The mixture should be very frothy. Strain the cocktail into a sugar rimmed martini glass. Garnish with fresh or sugared cranberries.

Notes
