Meet Traci

She has rubbed shoulders with the likes of Snoop Dogg, Prince William and Princess Catherine of Wales. She studied at the Ringling Art School and Cal State Fullerton.  She was also a chamber singer who placed fourth in the nation for acapella choirs.  Her favorite Disney character is Tinkerbell. Who are we talking about?  

Let us introduce none other than Weaver Eggs’ human resources manager Traci! She started working at age 14, where she got her start in a hot dog and shaved ice cart, and has since worked at a law firm, worked in the hospitality industry, performed as a cast member at Disneyland, worked in public relations with Disney as a client, and gained experience in human resources and payroll.   

The desire to raise a family led Traci and her husband to visit Ohio, and in three days, they were sold on relocating to the Buckeye State!  Traci is now the proud mom of a three-year-old son and a 19-month-old daughter. 

Traci has been with Weaver Eggs since 2021, bringing her high-energy and “always on” personality to the company.  She is a problem solver who likes to help people. She has appreciated learning from the Weaver family and values their open-door policy.  She knows her voice is heard, and she is valued.  She has guided some big names in the entertainment industry down the red carpet and now she is guiding the HR and benefit administration for over 500 Weaver Eggs team members.
