The energy and drive of Cole is evident from the first handshake. He’s a go-getter, earning a B.S. in animal science from Wright State University – Lake Campus in only two and a half years. During his early work on a contract farm for Cooper Farms, he developed a passion for working with poultry and carried that passion into all he does. He recently received a promotion to lead service representative, and Cole is not stopping there.
His best days involve interacting with growers; they are like a second family and can be open, honest and work together to address any of the day-to-day challenges of caring for animals. Always on the move, he enjoys summer trips to Lake Norris, Tennessee, where he fondly recalls boating on the lake and riding ATVs for hundreds of miles through the terrain of Tennessee. Cole fuels his days with scrambled eggs for breakfast, giving him the energy and nutrition to take on all that his fast-paced days require.
