Jenna is our current Humans of Ohio Poultry spotlight. She began her journey with Cooper Farms in 2020 in housekeeping and later interned as a turkey service representative. Jenna briefly left the company, only to return soon after. During her time away from Cooper Farms, she missed the team and the joy her work brought her. Jenna enjoys building relationships with growers and always enjoys the occasional surprise goodies left in her truck during farm visits. She is currently a chicken service representative where she oversees weighing, vaccinating, and ensuring the health and well-being of the animals at the farms in her assigned area.
Jenna proudly shares that she is a big family person and loves spending time with her nieces and nephews. She enjoys baking on the side, making everything from cinnamon rolls to pies, cookies and cakes—all for others to enjoy! Along with her husband of nearly two years, they continued the farming tradition from their youth for the generations to come.
In addition to work, Jenna dedicates her time and experience to Morgan’s Place Cemetery, an organization that helps families navigate the grieving process after the loss of a baby. Jenna feels called to offer support and shares her own experience with others facing this difficult journey.
