Start your day off with these one pan better breakfast burritos from Ohio food blogger The Spiffy Cookie, made with whole wheat tortillas and filled with turkey sausage, eggs, bell pepper, and feta.
Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage, breaking up into smaller pieces, and cook for 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove sausage from skillet to a paper towel-lined plate, cover to keep warm, and remove all but 1/2 tablespoon of the grease.
*Or wrap in foil and place in a freezer bag. When ready to eat, remove foil, wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes.
