These Buffalo Deviled Eggs by The Thome Home are full of flavor with just the right amount of spice.
Ingredients
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Generous pinch of salt & pepper
Directions
Peel the shell off of the hard boiled eggs
Slice the eggs in half, top to bottom and scoop out the yolk saving all 12 yolks
In a food processor, add the egg yolks, cottage cheese, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic pow-der, onion powder, salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy
Pipe the creamy buffalo egg filling into each hard boiled egg vessel
Top with crumbled bleu cheese, crinkled potato chips and garnish with chopped chives and a drizzle of hot sauce
