Who says you can't eat Bundt Cake for breakfast? Filled with grape tomatoes, Italian bread, crispy bacon, green onions, pimentos, Cheddar cheese and eggs, the Cheddar, Bacon, Pimento Breakfast Bundt Cake is a savory, elegant take on a dessert classic!
In another large bowl, stir together the eggs, milk, smoked paprika, hot sauce and salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap (the mixture will expand) and weigh it down with a plate and heavy object if necessary. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (but it’s best if left overnight!).
