Classic Deviled Eggs

12 hard boiled eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/3 tsp salt

1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1/4 tsp paprika

Chopped chives and parsley, for garnish


Start with 12 hard boiled, cooled eggs. You can find our favorite method here!

Peel and halve eggs. Remove yolks and mash in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika. then mix until well incorporated and smooth.

Fill the whites with the mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives and parsley, then serve.
