Combine crispy potatoes and protein-packed eggs with North Country Charcuterie's South African-Style Farmers Sausage for a breakfast that's bursting with flavor!
1 32-ounce bag of frozen O'Brien Potatoes
2 lb sausage coil (We used North Country Charcuterie's South African-Style "Boerewors" Farmers Sausage)
8 large eggs, scrambled (see link below)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Cook potatoes according to the package instructions.
Cook sausage coil on the grill until cooked through and browned.
Make creamy scrambled eggs.
Transfer the potatoes to a large platter and then place the grilled sausage on the potatoes. Top with the scrambled eggs. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
