Directions
Start by preparing your favorite meatloaf recipe.
While it's cooking, prepare the Hollandaise sauce and keep warm.
Then, poach the eggs.
Toast the multigrain bread, then place a slice on a plate and then add a slice of meatloaf and top with a poached egg. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
