A cheesy twist on a classic fried egg!
1 large Ohio egg
1/2 cup shredded Ohio Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat add ½ cup of the cheese using a spoon to even out the cheese and making a small nest to hold the egg.
Crack the egg into the center of the cheese and cover the skillet with a lid. Cook until the egg is set, approximately 2 minutes.
When the egg is cooked place it on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.
