Recipe by Ohio food blogger, Hannah Lewis of The Beard and the Baker - National Deviled Egg Day, 2021.
6 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup (more or less) cranberry sauce
Handful of crispy onions
Hard boil the eggs. You can find our favorite method here!
Slice hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Scoop egg yolks into a bowl.
Add mayo, butter, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to bowl.
Using a hand mixer, blend until totally combined and desired texture.
Pipe mixture into hard boiled egg halves then top with a dollop of cranberry sauce and a few crispy onions.
Serve alongside Thanksgiving Turkey!
