Air Fryer Quiche Lorraine Muffins
These Air Fryer Quiche Lorraine Muffins by the Food Hussy are delicious, fluffy and ready in 20 minutes! For the Love of Eggs – that’s a quick brunch or dinner! The flavor of bacon and Swiss cheese is a classic combination that everybody loves!
Directions
- Dice bacon and cook for 5 minutes in air fryer at 360 º. Open air fryer and toss bacon. Cook another 3 minutes. Once cooked, pat grease off with paper towel and roughly chop.
- Grate Swiss cheese but save back 1/4 cup of grated cheese
- Add the eggs, 1 cup cheese, heavy cream, salt and pepper to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until light and frothy.
- Spray silicone muffin cups with a little non-stick spray and pour egg mixture into silicon cups about 1/2-2/3 full. Sprinkle in 1 tbsp bacon and remaining cheese to each muffin cup.
- Place 1” water in the bottom of your air fryer basket. If using an air fryer oven, place a pan of water on the shelf under the quiche.
- Place muffin cups in air fryer basket. Air fry at 270 º for 6 minutes. Open and break up top slightly of quiches and air fry for 6 minutes more
- Remove from air fryer (with pot holders) and let cool for 5 minutes, then use a spatula, carefully remove quiche bites from muffin cups.
Notes
