Peanut Butter Ganache
Directions
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugar, molasses and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add flour, salt and baking powder and mix until just combined.
- Stir in peanut butter chips and dark chocolate chips.
- Press batter into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 25 minutes or until just set.
- Cool completely.
Chocolate Ganache
- In a microwave safe bowl, add whipping cream and chocolate chips.
- Microwave for one minute and whisk together until combined.
- Pour on top of cooled blondies and smooth into an even layer.
- Refrigerate until set.
Peanut Butter Ganache
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together butter and peanut butter.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Spread evenly over chocolate ganache layer.
- Refrigerate until set.
Chocolate Ganache Garnish
- In a microwave safe bowl, add whipping cream and chocolate chips.
- Microwave for one minute and whisk together until combined.
- Drizzle over top of blondies.
