Buffalo Deviled Eggs with Bleu Cheese & Potato Chip Crumble

Ingredients
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Directions
- Peel the shell off of the hard boiled eggs
- Slice the eggs in half, top to bottom and scoop out the yolk saving all 12 yolks
- In a food processor, add the egg yolks, cottage cheese, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy
- Pipe the creamy buffalo egg filling into each hard boiled egg vessel
- Top with crumbled bleu cheese, crinkled potato chips and garnish with chopped chives and a drizzle of hot sauce
