Classic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

12 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Chopped chives and parsley, for garnish

Directions

  • Start with 12 hard boiled, cooled eggs. You can find our favorite method here!
  • Peel and halve eggs. Remove yolks and mash in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika. then mix until well incorporated and smooth.
  • Fill the whites with the mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives and parsley, then serve.
