Dirty Martini Deviled Eggs - Ohio Eggs

Ingredients

6 large Ohio eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and cut in half lengthwise

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon mustard

1 1/2 teaspoons olive juice

1 teaspoon gin

Salt and pepper to taste

12 blue cheese stuffed olives

Directions

Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the whites on a serving platter. Place the yolks in the bowl of a food processor, add the mayonnaise, mustard, olive juice, gin, and salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
Fill a piping bag with the yolk mixture and pipe into the whites.
Garnish with a blue cheese stuffed olive on a cocktail pick.
