
Dirty Martini Deviled Eggs
Garnish with an olive, and serve alongside our Margarita, Whiskey Sour, and Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs for the ultimate Cocktail Deviled Eggs flight.
Directions
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the whites on a serving platter. Place the yolks in the bowl of a food processor, add the mayonnaise, mustard, olive juice, gin, and salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
- Fill a piping bag with the yolk mixture and pipe into the whites.
- Garnish with a blue cheese stuffed olive on a cocktail pick.
