Eggnog Pie

Creamy, flaky Egg Nog Pie is a holiday twist on a traditional custard pie. Easily combine all ingredients into a household blender to whip up a seasonal dessert that’s filled with sugar and spice, and ready in just 40 minutes.

Ingredients

4 eggs
½ cup sugar
½ cup self-rising flour
2 cup egg nog
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of salt
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  • Combine eggs, sugar, flour, egg nog, vanilla, nutmeg and salt in a blender. Pulse until well combined and smooth. Slowly drizzle in melted butter on low speed.
  • Pour mixture into deep dish 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the pie is clean.
  • Remove from oven and allow to set for 45 minutes.
