Classic Egg Salad
- In a mixing bowl, add the chopped eggs, mayo, Dijon mustard, shallot, chives and celery.

Generously season with salt and pepper.

Stir everything together until evenly combined, and add an additional tablespoon of mayo or two if needed to reach the desired consistency.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy in sandwiches, wraps, on crackers and so much more!
Dill Pickle Egg Salad

In a mixing bowl, add the chopped eggs, mayo, Dijon, shallot, dill, celery, pickles and pickle juice.

Generously season with salt and pepper.

Stir everything together until evenly combined, and add an additional Tablespoon of mayo or two if needed to reach the desired consistency.
