Everything Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

6 large hard cooked eggs (your favorite method) cut in half with yolks removed
4 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Everything seasoning, plus extra for sprinkling (can be purchased online, in stores or use recipe below)*
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Dried minced onion
2 tsp Kosher salt

Directions

  • Combine egg yolks, cream cheese and vinegar in a food processor and process until the mixture is smooth and well mixed.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of the Everything seasoning and pulse to mix in.
  • Transfer egg mixture to a pastry bag or plastic storage bag to pipe into the whites. If using a plastic bag, snip the corner off so you are able to pipe.
  • Garnish with a sprinkling of the Everything seasoning.

Everything Seasoning

  • Stir together ingredients until well mixed.
  • Store any leftover seasoning in the refrigerator or freezer. (Sesame seeds and poppy seeds can go rancid.)
