
Grilled Caesar Salad with Hard-Boiled Eggs
In this dish, the classic Caesar salad is reimagined with chopped eggs and plenty of Parmesan. A perfect choice when you want something fresh, yet substantial!
Directions
- Preheat grill. Cut the longest side of the Romaine heads in half, placing them on a baking sheet. Brush all sides of the lettuce with vegetable oil.
- Place the lettuce on the grill and cook briefly on each side until char marks appear. Watch it closely, and do not leave it unattended.
- Place each head of lettuce on a serving plate. Drizzle on the Caesar dressing. Follow by adding the chopped eggs, Parmesan cheese and croutons.
- Finish with a sprinkling of coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
