Key Lime Cheesecake
The Key Lime Cheesecake is an award-winning Ohio State Fair recipe.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine crumbs, nuts, melted butter and ¾ cup sugar; press firmly on bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake 8 minutes. Cool.
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, flour and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in lime juice and vanilla; mix well.
- Pour over crust. Reduce oven temperature to 325°.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
- Chill 4 hours.
- Garnish with limes and mint leaves.
