
Margarita Deviled Eggs
Topped with a lime, this appetizer pairs well with our Dirty Martini, Whiskey Sour, and Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs for the perfect Cocktail Deviled Eggs flight.
Directions
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the whites on a serving platter. Place the yolks in the bowl of a food processor, add the cream cheese, agave, tequila, lime juice and salt to taste.
- Process yolk mixture until smooth. Fit a piping bag with a star tip and fill the bag with the yolk mixture.
- Pipe the filling into the whites and garnish with an extra sprinkling of course salt and a small wedge of lime for an extra hit of flavor.
