Thanksgiving in a Deviled Egg

Ingredients

6 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup (more or less) cranberry sauce
Handful of crispy onions

Directions

  • Hard boil the eggs. You can find our favorite method here!
  • Slice hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Scoop egg yolks into a bowl.
  • Add mayo, butter, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper to bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer, blend until totally combined and desired texture.
  • Pipe mixture into hard boiled egg halves then top with a dollop of cranberry sauce and a few crispy onions.
  • Serve alongside Thanksgiving Turkey!
