Whiskey Sour Deviled Eggs

Serve with a sweet cherry, or alongside our Dirty Martini, Margarita, and Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs for a delicious Cocktail Deviled Eggs flight.

Ingredients

6 large Ohio eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons whiskey or bourbon
Pinch of salt
12 maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions

  • Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the whites on a serving platter. Place the yolks in the bowl of a food processor and add the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, whiskey and salt to taste. Process until smooth.
  • If desired, fit a piping bag with a closed star piping tip and fill the bag with the yolk mixture. Pipe the mixture into the whites and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
