
White Cranberry Frost
This White Cranberry Frost cocktail is the perfect addition to your holiday menu, offering just the right balance of festive flavor and elegant presentation.
Directions
- Prepare white cranberry simple syrup. Add 1 cup white cranberry juice and 1 cup sugar fresh to a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a heavy simmer for about 20 minutes. Refrigerate.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well (no ice). The mixture should be very frothy. Strain the cocktail into a sugar rimmed martini glass. Garnish with fresh or sugared cranberries.
Notes
Use pasteurized eggs for this recipe. The addition of alcohol and an acid (lemon juice) in correct proportions will also help reduce the spread of any food-borne illness.
