Don't Toss Your Colored Easter Eggs
      • When crafting this spring season, do not leave eggs out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, and be sure to use food-safe dyes. To ensure your eggs stay safe during egg hunts, avoid hiding eggs in spots where they could come into contact with lawn chemicals, pets or wild animals.
      • When stored in the refrigerator, hard-boiled eggs can be safely enjoyed within 1 week of being cooked.
      • To ensure eggs stay fresh, be sure to store them in the coldest part of your fridge at 45 degrees or below – never in the refrigerator door.
